Which is the busiest interchange station?
Rajiv Chowk (Yellow/Blue) and Kashmere Gate (Red/Yellow/Violet) are the two most-used interchanges on the network. Both sit at the centre of the system and connect to Connaught Place and Old Delhi respectively.
What's the difference between a metro line and a route?
A line is one continuous coloured corridor with a fixed set of stations. A route is a specific journey between two stations: it might stay on one line, or cross onto others through an interchange.
Which is the longest metro line in Delhi?
The Blue Line (Dwarka Sector 21 to Noida Electronic City / Vaishali), with 57 stations: more than any other line on the network.
How many interchange stations does the network have?

Is the Airport Express Line part of a regular metro fare?
No, it's priced separately from the rest of the network. A journey using only the Airport Express has its own fare; one that mixes it with another line doesn't have a simple combined fare (see the fare FAQ on the home page).
